This is a custom Womb Tattoo design I tried doing up, it was my first ever attempt so its not perfect. It requires you to adjust it to fit your character, which is super easy now with the ability to select multiple accessories and manipulate them at once.
Included is two exports, one is a two tone variation which you can experiment with. But you can change the colors, perhaps this can inspire you to make your own!
I initially created this as a result of a server blocking the more complete and available Womb Tattoo accessories.. when in doubt. Make your own!

Heya! This was the first custom strap-on I tried making, the download includes an image of the custom devious dong sliders needed to accomplish the same appearance.
In order to use this properly, since it uses a devious desires dong as a base, you'll need to equip a normal devious dong as the base to accomplish the animations, and than equip a main armor bottoms piece that fits the design, I personally use the Leather Strap Thong (298454424) from the Thrall Wars Dungeon Mod.
Might require some tinkering for you to figure out how to use it, but its simple enough, and very effective. uwu

This is a crystal strap-on, designed using crystals that have a transparent swirling blood texture to them so looking at it from various angles changes its appearance, this is the raw base and you can build off of it as you see fit! Accesorize it, change it. ENHANCE it.
Since this one uses accessories and doesent rely on the Devious Desires animations, it wont always line up perfectly! But it works pretty well as I built it off of a devious dong base.
