Born to a wealthy family, Miko would be raised in one of the finest Festhalls in all of Mulhorand. Her mother was a Sensate of Sharess. Overseeing her families various festhalls within the city of Sultim. Growing up, Miko would be guided towards a similar path. Destined to take her place as Sensate when her mother stepped down. Miko herself would learn all she could from some of the finest teachers money could buy. She'd study scripture and lore of Sharess extensively, as well as comparitive religion. Learning about all of the dieties of the Mulhorandi Pantheon.

Miko was taught to establish a daily routine of prayers and offerings at both dawn and dusk. Training with the other priestess in the performance of various rituals and ceremonies. She'd find herself spending much of her time growing up in meditation and reflection to develop an intimate connection with Sharess that transcended simple understanding.

Learning from the finest the land had to offer, she'd excel in her ability to embody beauty and grace as Sharess teaches. Developing even her own personal methods for personal grooming! Her mother was pleased with her development and upon turning 19 Miko would be encouraged to spread her wings, to venture fourth into the lands of Faerun to train and learn of all the various cultures, so that one day she may return and take her place as the new Sensate.

Her journey stretched far, from Sultim she ventured out bit by bit she visited Festhalls in all the major settlements, spoke with the elves in their forest villages. The dwarves in their halls of stone. Taking with her from each place the knowledge of their indulgences, as to best adapt them to her own. Her story eventually would bring her to a war torn nation where she would establish her own Festhall in order to welcome those who are conflicted with the war, to enter and share with her the pleasures that life has to offer. Be it food or drink, she welcomed any and all whom would share with her in the Endless revel of life. In hopes that she could show the natives of these lands that theres far better ways to spend ones days than at one anothers throat.

Miko spends her days tending to Serenity, the Festhall she's worked diligently to establish with the help of her closest allies. Night by night, she does what she can to learn and adapt.. never ceasing.. never giving up. For one day, she must return home to take her position as Sensate.

Merits

Darkvision: (You have superior vision in dark and dim conditions, negating the Perception and to-hit penalties present at nighttime and in the dark areas of the world.)
Beast Shift: (Up to 3 times per long rest, as a bonus action, you can assume a more bestial appearance for the remainder of combat or until you revert. This form is flavored to your lycanthrope ancestor.)
Bestial Instincts: (Shifters can easily channel the beast within. You are proficient in Survival.)
Lycanthrope Ancestor: (Shifters resemble a particular kind of lycanthrope ancestor, and are immune to vampirism.~Werecat~)
